HOW TO APPLY
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Each author may present a maximum of two proposals. An abstract (up to 300 words) and up to five keywords (listed in alphabetical order) must be submitted electronically via the application form.
Deadline: December 5, 2025.
- Authors based outside Croatia: submit title, abstract, and up to five keywords in English only (keywords listed in alphabetical order).
- Authors based in Croatia (or co-authors proficient in Croatian): submit title, abstract, and up to five keywords in both Croatian and English (each abstract up to 300 words; keywords in alphabetical order in both languages).
It is possible to register an oral presentation, workshop or poster. The abstract should clearly present the main topic and purpose of the work, specify the chosen approach (theoretical, research-based, or practical), and briefly outline key findings and conclusions. The conference Programme Committee will evaluate abstracts based on their relevance to the selected subtheme, originality, and academic and/or professional grounding.
Expected duration: oral presentations 20 minutes; workshops 60-90 minutes; posters have no time limit.
Abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
Book of Abstracts: The official Conference Abstract Book will be published in English. Croatian versions (where provided) are used for the programme and national indexing.
STUDENT FORUM
As part of the conference, a Student Forum will be held, which will include student lectures, workshops, exhibitions and artistic performances. Students are also required to submit the application form.
REGISTRATION
Conference sessions and other conference events are open to registered participants only. The registration fees are as follows:
Regular participants: 190.00 EUR
PhD students: 100.00 EUR
Undergraduate and graduate students: 50.00 EUR
Listeners (non-presenting attendees): 50.00 EUR
The registration fee does not include bank transfer costs.

Deadline for fee payment: February 10, 2026.
The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation costs. The organiser will inform participants about special deals in local hotels.

FULL PAPERS
Full papers will undergo a double-blind review process and published in the conference proceedings by the Faculty of Education, Osijek. The editors of the publication will be selected among the members of the scientific committee and internationally recognised reviewers. Papers may be submitted in English or Croatian and sent to: caltconference.foozos@gmail.com . The deadline for submission of full-length papers is June 15, 2026.
